A cage is installed between the outer ring and the inner ring, and a rolling body is installed in the cage. A concave circular step is symmetrically arranged at both ends of the outer cylinder of the outer ring, and a ring groove is arranged in the radial direction of the step root for fixing the skeleton contact seal. One end of the skeleton contact seal is fixed on the step of the outer cylinder of the outer ring, and the other end is in contact with the inner ring raceway or the inner ring small guard.
