The unique design of these bearings enables them to adjust the axis misalignment caused by the deflection or non-concentricity of the shaft or housing.Thanks to their excellent aligning performance, spherical roller bearings are highly sought-after in industrial applications where there are significant variations in the shaft or housing deflection. Spherical Roller Bearings Introduction

    Spherical roller bearings have two rows of raceways in the inner ring, the outer ring is spherical rolled to, the center of the outer ring raceway surface and the center of the bearing. Because of the automatic centering performance, can compensate for the installation error between the shaft and the shell hole or the shaft deflection makes the inner and outer ring tilt. This type of bearings to withstand radial load capacity is greater, but also can withstand either direction of the axial load, but can not withstand pure axial load. Especially suitable for heavy load or vibration load under the work.

MB

This product is made of machining brass, split cage, inner ring with the overall center edge , guided by the inner ring. Under heavy load, impact load vibrafion and other working conditions, the bearing still be tough and durable.

CC

The product adopts the stamping steel plate cage,and the end face is unblocked. The inner ring of this series of bearings has no center edge, and the cage is separated roller. This effectively reduces internal friction of the bearing, assists the rolling body under force to enter correctly into the load area, and also improves the bearing limited speed.

 

CA

This product adopts machining integrated cage, without center edge in the inner ring. The end face has two small edges, and rollers are symmetrical, low noise and has a certain self-lubricating function.

MA

The product is made of machining brass cage. Its brass solid body cage is integral center edge with inner ring and guided by outer ring.It is mainly used in in vibrating screen and other equipment.

The product adopts high strength steel plate--E1 cage.The two racks are separated by a guiding inside the outer ring. The number, length and diameter of the rollers are the maximum allowed by the structure. The close contact between roller and raceway ensures fair pressure distribution so as to make the bearing have high capacity.

Automatic Self-Aligning Property

The spherical roller bearing is designed with a spherical raceway between the inner and outer rings. This design allows the bearing to have automatic self-aligning ability, meaning that it can adjust the deviation of the axis and maintain stable operation even if the shaft or housing is deflected or not concentric.
